fan motor for rad. is not coming on,would like to wire them direct when car is running.I checked fuses they are not blown.And there are 2 fans.Please help

No, forget that idea. You simply can't do things like that is a computer controlled car. All these system are monitored and use sophisticated circuits. You can cause some real severe damage with nonsense like that. You need to get the problem diagnosed and repaired correctly.
