I have a 2001 nissan altima and the car was diagnosed as having an uneven cross caster bar. The car pulls to the right a lot. I was wondering 1) how much the repair approximately costs and
2) how dangerous it is to ignore the pull and continue driving?

With out actually seeing what is worn it is a bit hard to judge, if it is just a caster rod bush, it should only be around the 150.00 mark, not doing it will result in excessive tyre wear, uneven steering, uneven braking and poor suspension operation, all in all a bit dangerious to leave unrepaired, i would get it done now.

I would agree that this is a safety issue and leaving it as it is means compromising your safety.

If the vehicle had been through any impact damages, the repair cost would be much higher.

For Nissan vehicles, the problem usually lies in the lower control arms bushes but bad news is there are no service parts for OEM bushes and after market parts are very unreliable and would not last.

Thank you for your replies! The weird thing is the car wasn't in an accident/didn't hit anything.

In that case the only thing you need to replace would be the control arms w/bush.
