Is there an update for the car's computer? Checked the recall list but he said it wasn't a recall but an update.

I believe there is an update for your car's computer. A dealer would have the information for you.

Thank you for such a quick reply. Do you know if they can tell me without performing a diagnostic scan? They keep telling me they have took it up and charge me $100 before they can even tell me if there is one. They have been unhelpful and quite rude.

To the best of my knowledge, they will have to hook up to the computer to check.
