when i go over 60 mph the left front wheel starts to shake? changed bearing, rotor and had wheels alined. nothing why?

Check ball joint, strut and coil spring, ford had front and rear spring problems on Taurus-Sables.

Did you have wheel balanced?

If so, then move wheel to rear, if problem follows tire, then tire may be problem.
