My air conditioner is vibrating, help? we have to make a 200-300 mile trip today.

Here is the problem, my mother and I went through a slightly flooded wash the other day and now when we turn on the air conditioning it vibrates the entire car. I checked the engine bay and it seems th be the right fan but I cannot spot anything wrong with it. Can you or anyone give me a tip or tips?
