so got a tow and when he hooked it up he ended up hooking it up wrong and pulled a rode from under the car out of place and the car started leaking red fluid from it any ideas on how much this will cost to be fixed?

Sounds like a power steering or transmission cooling line. Probably $50 for the part and $75 for labor. Depends on if it was just the line or it was the radiator. Transmission fluid actually runs through the radiator and if that was broken, it will definitely cost more...
