has swashing sound when drive goes away when I apply the brakes

Just replace all of the spark plugs
replace hoses for coolant
just had a oil change

took it back to the to place he thought it was a part that he bend while replacing the hoses it still have the noise. Car run rufff in the morning until warm up and now the check engine is on.

Retrieve the trouble code and post the EXACT code here so we can understand what is causing the MIL to be turned on.
As to the noise problem, since it is affected by the brakes and you have erratic running in the morning, it should be a vacuum leak somewhere causing the problem.
