WQhen its idling it sounds like something rattling under the hood and when I turn the steering wheel a certain way it seems to stop, could it be the that I need power steering fluid or to replace power steering pump, also another problem , when I plug my cell phone charger in the cigarette lighter outlet my radio will go off, is this supposed to do that?
