The Vent direction selector knob is not controlling. The air only blows to the face.

we don't have that in the U.S. but check your air mode actuator to see if it's working correctly you might try pulling your hvac fuse for 60 seconds with key on then reinstalling. sometimes they reset. yours will be similar to pic
