Turn signals not working

Hello, I need help with a Mazda mpv 2001, my left turn signal is not working front and rear does not light up, the right side is working, bulbs were replaced, front parking light works but not blinkers, only right side hazards work. also replaced turn signal lever.

Check to see if there is power to the sockets. They could be bad.

thank you, yes there is power going to the bulb, the bulb is a blinker/parking light and the parking-marker light is working.
