my windows are stuck down. tried switching the drivers side main window controller. what should i do?

Manually pull the door glass up and if it moves, the door glass regulator is bad.
Remove the door panel. Disconnect the motor wirings and manually apply battery voltage to one terminal and ground the other terminal.
Reverse the polarity to get it up or down. If it fails to to work, the motor is bad and has to be replaced.
