my Kia Optima is having problems with all four of its windows rolling up. i know that one of the windows is off its track and i am wondering how much a repair like this normally coasts. i also wanted to know what might be wrong...

(i just bought this car and didnt realize the problem with the windows.)

sounds like over use!! window motors are getting weak, this is something u can do yourself-take off one inside door panel-should be a few screws then just pop off w/lg. screwdriver. This gives acess to motor and track=if track is ok-try to operate window-watch motor if it isnot pushing-just R&R=GOOD LUCK!

Make sure the motors are getting 12 volts. If they are, chances are they are wearing out. If the power is weak, check for wiring issues and ground issues.
