2001 isuzu trooper is reving up when going from 2nd to 3rd but wondering why the rear end rumbles when you first take off or when it is in a bind?

Your transmission could be slipping-check the fluid level and condition if okay bring it in and get further checked out-Badly needed tune-up will affect the tranmsission how it operates
