does the 2001 isuzu rodeo need a universal mounting kit for an aftermarket radio?

I havent found one for a 2001 rodeo anywhere ive looked, including the internet and i had my car looked at a custom audio shop by one of their employees. He told me that my car didnt need a mounting kit, but he also told me that he has very little experience with rodeos as new as mine.
