engine has no guts when passing

xg300 has gas flow problem, when try to over take a slow car on highway put the gas padel down it doesnot respond, but ease the gas padel car speedup, also some time at trafic light car stalles, what is the problem

If the check engine light has come on, have the computer scanned for trouble codes. If not, check fuel pump pressure.
