hi i wanted to buy a used car and my concern is if it was in an accident.

it looks good and there is a little rust but the left rear wheel well which leads me to believe its original but there is pin stripping on the car that comes from front to back on the car stock and i wanted to know if it is a sign of body work if it is not on either door it starts at each front fender and tappers to a pint before the door then starts from the rear and tappers to the door from the back, what do you think?
