Does the whistle go away when you give it gas when your in park?Another words is the whistle noise only there at idle?

No it is there consistantly. I know that it is not a belt. It is a whistle.

So if you give it gas does the noise get louder?Can you tell what are the noise is coming from?Belt area etc?

It does usually get louder. It seems to come from the right side of the engine as you are looking at it. It is not the belt side, but I could be wrong to exactly where it is coming from.

The first thing you need to do is figure out what general area the noise is coming from.Usually when you get a whistling noise like your getting it's engine vacuum escaping from a leak somewhere.If you let the engine idle and get some carb spray and spray around the intake all the vacuum lines and nipple's etc.Listen for a raise in rpms or a decrease the engine could stumble miss or die.If it does any of those thing's while spraying in a certain are then you have a vacuum leak in that area.Let me know what you find.Just be careful spraying around the hot exhaust etc.
