running slow

i have 2001 hyundai elantra i just put the head and head gasket and it starts great put when i put it in drive it drives with no power can you please help

Timimg belt install on the marks? rotated twice to see if marks lined back up?

are you talking about the marks thats on the cams with the chains or the marks on the sprocket that hold the belt..and thank you for your help..

Both need to set No. 1 cylinder TDC maks lined up see diagrams
