im installing the cylinder head to a 2001 hyundai elantra and i have the order to tightin the bolts but what is the torque that i have to stop at..

Step 1 18 ft.lbs.
Step 2 additional 60 degs.
Step 3 additional 60 degs

(1)Tighten in sequence with engine cold.

when i try to put the cam in it wont go in
the one side is in but the other side dont go all the way in

Install both cams at same time. place chain as in diagram. Cam csp with "L" are intake with "R" exhaust
