Please be more specific on "doesn't function". Do you mean it doesn't kick in and the wheels lock up? Is the yellow ABS warning light on, and does it turn on for six seconds during the self-test when you turn on the ignition switch?

The self test (ABS light on for 6 sec) during the ignition start up is correct.
The ABS light turns on during wheel lock up above 6 mph indicating the system has been activated but the wheels still are locked up and the truck skids.

Ahh. The warning light is not supposed to turn on after the self-test is completed. When it does, that doesn't mean it activated. It means the computer detected a problem, turned the system off, and turned the light on to tell you. That's why you're still getting wheel lockup.

There has to be a diagnostic fault code because that's why the computer disabled the system and turned the light on. The only other thing you can do is watch the wheel speeds on a scanner that can access that computer and display live data to see if one of the signals is dropping out. If one wheel speed is different than the rest, look at the tone rings to see if one is cracked.
