My car is making an electrical sound when I lock the doos? Is it a fuse.

no its not a fuse. most likely its a lock solenoid humming. do all the doors lock and unlock? if one doesn't or doesn't every time then id start with that one. does the humming continue indefinitely or stop after a period of time?

Not every time,it sounds like the drivers door,under the lock button.

it definitely sounds like the lock actuator is having problems to me
