2001 Honda Civic Swap my dash

I had swapped out the center dash that controls the ac and rear window defroster so it would look better in my car. And it's only a couple of plugs so it was easily done. Only problem is now my after market radio won't work, my odometer makes a clicking noise and the needles bounce. Also when the key is in the ignition , my power locks work. But when the key is out , my keyless entry doesn't work. My remote for the keyless entry has a new battery in it. And the fuse ( acc radio 7.5a) has been changed because I was told that may be the problem. Still nothing has
