Ensure fluid is not overfilled.
Check for leaks between reservoir and pump. Any leaks can results in air being drawn into system and fluids would be pushed out.
Check for leaks at pump. Air can be drawn in by pump as well if seals at bad. Signs of leaking at pump would be an indication.
