installed column and keys now truck wont start truck is in security lock out

The computer doesn't recognize the new key. You need to have it programmed to accept the new system.

Is there any way the computer can relearn to accept the key for my truck...and hook up ..obd ..Reader today ,its telling me no codes found in storage...will my truck have to go to the dealer to be recoded thank you for you help

Yes, it needs to be reprogrammed to accept the new key and ignition.
