2001 GMC Jimmy 4 wheel drive

My 2001 jimmy has a problem with getting stuck in 4 wheel drive . Went through car wash an when I came out it put itself in 4 wheel . Any suggestions ?

I may be the encoder motor on tcase as they have a high failure rate after a while, but have an auto parts scan for codes see if they pic anything up like a tcm etc.
