Where can i get a manual transmission ? Can i get a whole transmission in one from a junkyard ?

That would require a whole lot more than a transmission to include dashboard pedals, the entire wiring assembly, engine mounts, console, shift linkages, computer and more.
This is not a job you want to tackle
