vacuum line tough to see

I replaced the plug wires on my 2001 ford windstar and a vacuum line came undone. I have not been able to find where it goes to and the brakes are not working properly since. The vacuum line is a dual line that goes into a spark plug type of rubber. I can't see the back of the engine to reconnect the vacuum lines that I've pulled loose while exchanging the spark plugs and plug wires
