2001 Ford Windstar fuses 7 12 &13 keep popping

So my fuses 7 12 &13 keep popping every time I put a new one in I disconnected the battery and put new fuses in they didn't pop but as soon I reconnected the battery they all popped plz help don't have money for a mechanic so trying to do this myself

seepic for locations 13 is for alternator so check to see if short in org/ligh t blu wire if not may be a bad alternator. others may be shorts in wires or that particular system
