2001 Ford Mustang traction control

My car has a traction control light on the instrument panel but it never lights up. It has a button on the console that also does not light up ive tried pushing the button but it atill wont do anything. How can I fix this

if your abs light is on it won't work if not check a fuses in pic if not that have it scanned by a pro.
