I'm buying a vortech super charger from a private party what are a list of all the parts I need to make sure come with it

The part should come as a unit. If it is in pieces, I don't think I would purchase it. Make sure the bearings in it are good. I recommend replacing the belt, so don't worry about that unless you need it.
