my ford ka has developed a tapping noise and as soon as i put my foot on the break pedal it stops . it also seems to happen after a few miles or as i say once the car has warmed up

Is this while the car is moving or sitting still? If it's while the car is moving it could be a brake issue. If it is while the car is sitting still it may be another problem
