01 f350 wiper motor not responding

I am working on a 01 powerstroke and the wipers don't work. I check the fuses and they are good. It does not look like the wiper motor is spinning, also locks are acting funny. If you have something I can check or if you have a wiring diagram that would be great. Thanks!

I attached a schematic, I hope it comes through clearly. The locks and wipers do not appear to be on the same circuit. Do you have power getting to the wiper motor, if so then it is certainly the motor that has failed. If not I would look into wiring or the switch itself.

Yes, I have high, low, and intermittent and ground going to the motor, I will get a motor and put it on and see what happens.
