when the truck is cracked even after it is warmed up it still smokes but it is like raw desiel not oil smoke and i have changed the glow plugs and it helped a little but it still smokes

Do a comp test and have the injectors bench tested for correct operation, start here.

does this happen more in cold weather? does it seem to take longer to start up?
