power locks quit working, don't have diagram for fuse box to see if it is just the fuse

We don't have time to look for fuse diagrams. It's much faster to just test them all with a test light. Since there are computers involved with power locks now, there will be more than one fuse that can cause the locks to not work, and even when they are labeled, those aren't likely to be labeled "locks".
All your fuses have two tiny holes on top where you can poke the test light's probe to take voltage readings. Turn the ignition switch on, then test in both holes on every fuse. Some will have 0 volts on both sides and most will have 12 volts on both sides. You're looking for one that has 0 volts on one side and 12 volts on the other.
Since your GEM Module is involved with the locks, a blown fuse will usually cause more systems to be dead than just the locks. Ford has had a lot of trouble on their pickup trucks with water leaking through the windshield and onto the GEM Module. That will cause a variety of problems. Also look at the wiring harness between the driver's door to see if any wires are frayed or broken.
