I have replaced my blower motor fuse located in the fuse box under the hood a few times now. The fuse was listed as 40W but ive also used a 50 and a 60W and its blown all of them. My A/C runs fine until i hit a bump and then the fuse blows. Im curious as to what may be causing the issue? thanks alot.

First, only use the proper size fuse. Using a heaver one can cause a fire.

Since it only happens when hitting a bump, check the wiring under the dash as well as the wiring from the fuse box to make sure nothing is able to short.
