Driver window replaced door and all door locks work but drivers window will not go down bypassed the switch with a jump wire to battery window rolled up and down every time tried a spare switch I had but I hear a clicking noise under dash sometimes.

yup when i bypassed it the motor ran the window up and down no problem but if i took the harness out of the switch then put it halfway back in something under the dash clicks almost sounds like a relay? i dont know if that has anything to do with it the switch dont light up at night when the lights are on....

Check the switch itself. I think it is bad.
