Where is the "flasher relay", I think that's what it's called, located under the dash of my SUV listed above? It is supposed to control the turn signals and the hazard lights?

I replaced my flasher unit, and my signal lights still blink 1-2 times then nothing. My hazards and brake lights work fine. I push the signal arm down and it blinks 1-2 times then stops, it even clicks back into its normal position after I make a turn. Left or right does the same thing. My brake lights work and so do my hazard lights and windshield wipers. All bulbs are working also.

cold be a bad ground for flasher or the turn sign al swith may be going bad. check fuse 1 and 23 in central junction box then if you have atrailer wiring then check to see if there isn't a bare spot or wire rubbed through causing the problem.
