my rpms keep going up and the truck keeps jumping and trying to go forward when in park on when i am on my brake? This also happens when i am driving. I have changed the throttle positioning sensor. This is a dangerous issue amd need a resolved soon.

Do you have a check engine light? and have you checked any codes?

Surging could be the idle air control valve or a possible vacuum leak.

But it should set an error code in the PCM.

NO CODES OR LIGHTS ON THE DASH, NO ONE CAN FIGIRE IT OUT.
