Engine code p1131. How to check for vacuum leak with WD-40 and/or test O2 sensors?

I've done a lot of work on this car, but I've never checked for vacuum leaks before. I don't even know which hoses ARE vacuum hoses. The only thing I have to test it with is a can of WD-40. Which hoses do I check? Any helpful tips?

My problem also might be a bad O2 sensor. How might I go about testing them to see if they are still good? I do have a digital multimeter that I can use.

I personally use Starter Fluid or carb cleaner---DO IT OUTSIDE/ AWAY FROM STUFF/ HAVE FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT ON STANDBY!!! NO JOKE...A FIRE CAN HAPPEN!!! Vacuum lines are not all necessarily rubber hoses, they can be plastic tubes also----Sounds like you may need a little more help than I can provide in TEXT. Some great sources of info and even someone VISUALLY pointing out what you need to know, Is a Small Time Auto Salvage Yard--Or a Popular Parts Store (I strongly recommend this...eat your pride!)
