2001 Ford E-Series Van Back AC Blowing warm air

hi I have a 2001 FORD V6 E150 Van that has front air system and Rear AC the back AC Blows warm air out the back air vent but the front AC works Good, so I took off the back panel to see the on the drivers side and was looking for a Blend door or Actuatr I paid for this part and took all the back apart and took out the little fan too but could not find where the part would go I took theys two heater core hoes lose and took the rest of it apart but no blend door or Actuater i know the system i took apart has a dran hoes that go down and out of the bottom of the van can you help me please

I checked wiring diagram and see no actuator unless it is vacuum . however there is a vacuum line leading to aux unit and it may goes to a vacuum motor that may be the problem. first thing is to start truck and see if vacuum is coming through the line if not that may be your problem so check for a broken line etc. it may have a colored stripe on it so find it under dash if no vacuum. I have included pic of vacuum motor as it is the only thing I can find on this.
