have exchanged all sparkling plugs,cables and the 2 coils.
Wonder what is wrong.

we have no info for this car, check your fuel pressure as that may cause it along with a vacuum leak.

Uno Pacer sometimes when starting the car it does not swing but has a loud scraping /grating noise
