2001 dodge stratus air bag light comes on then console lights dont work

on cold mornings sometimes my defroster blower motor does not come on. Also my airbag light will come on then my console lights wont work ie,,clock. Is a fuse going out or is the blower moter resistor module going out? By the afternoon when it is warmer everything will work fine. Any suggestions?Thanks

It could be the blower motor module. Use a test light or meter to check for power.
