i have a p0216 code on the computer test

I changed the turbo because i was told it was bad. And i still have the same problem. The truck runs and then it looses power and smokes white out of the exhaust pipe.

code says timing loss so it's probably raw fuel smoking.

could be lift pump or injection pump failure.
