2001 Dodge Ram Leak

I just got back from pulling a trailer, about 4,000 lbs for three hours. When I got back water started to leak from the engine compartment on the passenger. It looked like it was dripping out of the end of a very sort hose sticking out of the firewall. I took two pictures while it was happening to help answer this.

What is it?
Is something wrong?

correction: "engine compartment on the passenger SIDE." (not the passenger) ;-)

Condensation from the A/C not being drained correctly.

It is normal for condensation water to be draining from that hose and if it is draining correctly, there is nothing for you to worry about.
