wht size is the wheel bearing nut on the hub and wht should it be torque to when putting on new ones?

If you are refering to the front, I think it is 1 1/8. As far as torque, it if has a lock clip with a cotter pin, you tighten the nut snug to seat it, back it off aprox 1/4 turn. Make sure there is no end play and replace the locking device and cotter pin so the nut can't come off. If it is something different you are refering to, let me know.

found out its 27mm and there is no locking device on the hub. the nut that is on there has a teflon rig inside of it. and the hub instructions and the manual only give the specs for the 4w drive.

The teflon ring functions as the locking device. Is there anything other that you needed?
