Hi: Have a 2000 PT Cruiser. Took the vehicle in for an oil change and fluids check. The mechanic forgot to tighten the rad cap and the vehicle severely overheated and lost most of the coolant out of the rad. Took the car back numerous times due to the now overheating. What could be wrong?

No doubt the coolant loss caused a head gasket to blow or worst. This is unfortunate the shop is responsible. We can contact the shop in your behalf if you would like.
