2001 Dodge Intrepid my cluster

I have recently tryed to replace my head unit and running in to a million problems with that now my cluster lights up with all the lights car starts fine and everything but my gas gauge , temp gauge, speedo and tach arnt working and there is nothing out of place what should i do

recheck your work and make sure cluster is plugged in it may be possible you damaged it as well. check all your grounds as well. the grounds are at lower center of dash and left of dash also check fuses in junction box there are 4
