i have a question about my lights

i have a 2001 dodge durango and the heat wasn't working and there was wires hanging by the motor blower on the passanger side under the dash. and the ends were cut and a friend connected some wires and made it work, but since then the dash lights went out, the tail lights went out, and now the doors dont lock and all of that use to work before he messed with the wires..what do i do??
