2001 dodge darrango horn stop working. how can i fix this?

The horn and radio control on steering wheel stop working. the fuses seem to be o.k what else should i check to fix this?

Horn: could be the horn relay, central timer module behind the left side of dash, clock spring,horn switch and ground problem

Overall for both is either the clock spring or the central timer module
