Transmission Won't shift properly

When the transmission is warm it won't shift properly. Around 70km to 80km when the van is in overdrive the rpm will go nuts to shift. It seem like it's trying to shift two gears.

Make sure the trans fluid is clean and full. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to see if there are any trans trouble codes.

Several things can cause this to happen, pressure issues, module, governer...
